wwell.... this is it, I leave in a little while, my surgery is at 10 this morning.. I am nervous but want to just push on to the next part of my life that helps me be a trimmer healthier, more active me!

hope everyone here is doing well, I will write again when I come home!

Your surgery was four hours ago and I am hoping that you are either home or well on your way home. I am on my clear liquid diet with a 0730 surgery tomorrow. I am thinking about you!

All went well, they sent me home with oxygen just to be safe! Am I on the bench?
