 wow....FIVE FLIPPING DAYS is all i can say.....did i also mention my fiance' is going to marry me the day before my surgery.....*faints* crazy....but next year on our 1 year anniversary I am gonna look so fly when we repeat our vows....

 oh i am sorry i did not see your question....

1. gave up soda..started moving and became a pain when eating out...hold the potatoes..add veges..so on and so forth

You just got an early start. That is the only way we will ever get and keep this weight off if we are honest with ourselves. Some people think this is a quick fix and I beg the differ. This is hard work the tool just enable us to get a serious jump start on making some better decisions.

Stay encouraged you are doing FANTASTIC.

 that is what i say...hard work and do not forget the pain we about to endure...and go thru until we learn our new pouches
