Reality is starting to set in....pre-op apt tomorrow!

I have kept myself from getting too excited about this as I always fear the bottom will fall out of everything, but reality is setting in more and more as I have my pre-ops tomorrow. Doing anesthesia, cardio, blood and surgeon all tomorrow! Then I am off to Florida for a mini vacation w/hubby and kids before he returns to Afghanistan next week.

I understand your excitement! My pre-op visits are on Thursday and I can't believe it!

And how wonderful that you and your family get to spend some great quality time together before everything!

My preop is next Tuesday. Can't wait to get it over with, My surgery is 6 days after that.

Thanks everyone! Pre-ops went well far as I know. Unless something comes back on labs, all is a "GO" on the 21st! Had a blast in Florida with the family. Truly hated to come home! But was greeted by my loving dog and that made up for it!
