My date is June 22nd. We're almost there!!! I have also been on a liquid diet for over a week now, I am hungry, but it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

What do you do to defeat the hungier? Because this is so bad. I want to and I know I should not. But I am so hungry. I don't know what I am going to do come next week when I am on the complete liquid diet. Can I have soup? like tomato or the soup out of chicken noodle just not the noodles or chicken?

oh wow...i havent packed anything...just bought a few new items to take with me to hospital...i have lost 7 pounds on this liquid diet...but having major digestive issues though.... Alicia

Today is the big day for you! Can't wait to hear how it goes. I don't start the liquid diet til three days before surgery. But I have started exercising and watching what I eat and have lost five pounds in the last few days. I hopefully keep it off by surgery time. Good luck and let me know how you're doing!

Good luck to you and your husband.
My husband has been eating in town alot this week. He doesn't want to temp me with food since I can only have liquids. I have a feeling he may get sick of town food before this is all over. Can't wait to cook a meal we can both enjoy even if mine is very limited.
