Just got my date June 1st!!
Went to yard sales this weekend and bought lots of small containers ranging from 2-6 oz I probably paid a total of $1.25 for about ten which is great cuz they were too much in the store so I was just washing out yogurt cups which are 6 oz. I'm already drinking protein drinks and trying to keep under 1300 cal but I don't think I'm gonna do well on the 800 cal a day 2 wks before. Let me know what else you are doing the personal blender from walmart is great convienient and easy to clean.
HLEP! HELP! I just got scheduled for 1 Jun 10. I am so so so nervous. I am on the internet trying to read any and everything before I go in. Live in Augusta GA and don't know anyone except for my co-workers and they are not all that supportive except for my supervisor. Just moved here last year, so i don't have a whole lot of support in the area.
But I going through with it any way. I need help... WHAT DO I BUY to eat after I go home???? I guess my 1st week - 3rd week will be the one that scares me the most. Can someone enlighten me? B'Gail RYN-247

It's going to be ok.. Not only am I going through the same thing, but I am a therapist. You are worlds away from me, but we are world in the same. I TOTALLY understand the co-worker crap and non support in the workplace, cause at least for me they want me to work and never take a day off... and sizeism too. But, don't fret. At home your doctor should have provided you w/ a dietician/nutritionist... but to be safe I've been told to have sugar free popsicles, make sure you have HIGH protien liquids, the shakes are really good (NECTAR) um, also GNC.com has a variety of things you can get cheaper. Also, broths, sugar free jello. If you have a place like a Smart and Final store... they sell one-two ounce diddies to measure your intake w/ the liquids.. Make sure you take your vitamins (MV, Iron, Calcium) and I opted for B12 shots... they don't hurt at all.
