Topic: RE: June Surgeries Please Check In!!!!
My rny was june 29th. I have lost 79 lbs since surgery. Total I have lost is 187. Im hoping that its a bit slow cuz I lost so much before surgery. My NUT is happy with the way things are going. I want to be below 200 by the spring. I am fighting carbs and head hunger. IM a grazer. I think its time to get some head help. Id like to find someone to help me sort things out in my head. I love going to the gym and working out with my trainer. Winter activities include snow shoeing and shoveling! I do miss going for walks. I hate worrying about falling in the ice. Went down on Thursday and am stilla bit sore from it.
Im just going to keep plugging away at it and looking forward to SKIN REMOVAL SURGERY in JUne of 20011. I dont know about you all but I am sagging everywhere!!!

Topic: RE: Hey all the single mom's!
I am not a single mom but my DH isn't around all the time so I know what you mean. It's exhausting. We do have a daycare at our gym and that helps. But I have now found a gym beside where I work. I go at lunch and do a 45 min conbining cardio with weight training. It's really helped.

Oh that sounds good. I will have to check them out.
I am doing well. Yesterday was my 6 month suriversary and I have lost 73 lbs. I am pleased as my progress was very slow the first few months. The biggest difference was going to the gym and personal training. It's really helped.
I hope everyone else is well!

Thanks. I actually started a sublingual B-12 and things got better.

Get vitamin b-12 shots! That was the biggest help I received. Exhaustion can cause emotional distress. Talk to your doctor!

My journey has been riddled with stalls. And no...I don't feel like I have free reign to eat anything. I have dumped 2 times and it was awful. One time was over a piece of cookie cake and one time was because a drink that was supposed to be sugar free and wasn't. Until this sugar had not bothered me. Don't get comfortable because you can have sugar now because the next time it may cause trouble. Oh, I've lost 100 pounds since June...even with the stalls. Yeah!

I have lost 100 pounds. However, everyone does lose at a different rate. I have definitely slowed down recently. Take care and keep up the good work!

I've lost around 110 lbs. My favorite foods are greek yogurt 10 g protein for 1/2 cup with SF preserves mixed in for flavor and then I add frozen blueberries or SF cherries. I also like sharp cheddar and a few crackers. And I mix 50g protein shakes using SF JayRobb whey or EAS and it takes me several hours to drink one. And I do well with chicken or beef. Before RNY I was a chicken lover and now I find that I like beef a little better. I think it's because chicken is so dry.
