I am supposed to arrive at 8:00, then surgery at 9:30. I'm pretty nervous, but I have been keeping really busy. I will be thinking of you all!

Many receive advice, only the wise benefit from it! 
Wow, I can remember this time last week and was very nervous, I am now 6 days into my new life and feel fantasic, off all pain meds and I am going to a bridal shower today.
Last Monday was a blur, got to Barix around 8:30 and had a few pre op questions to answer and than went to preop area. IV started and few meds given, Once the versed was given in preop, I truly don't remember a thing until I was back in my room about 2pm. My family was there but I really don't remember what they were saying. Walked a nice lap at about 5pm and using the I/S. were my only goals. I didn't get much sleep that night because I had slept most of the day. The next day was great. Most lines were out and was able to walk easier. I was d/c on Wed am. Have really had no problems!! Thank God!

I am June 10th as well :) My mother lives in Round Rock (which I think is right outside of Austin). Good luck it is going to be here before we know it!!!

I too am having the surg Monday at 7:30, have to be there by 5:30. I am excited, happy, nerveous, scared, you name it but I am soooo ready. This morning I am on afull liq diet, which I don't mind at all. Just have to do this Sat&Sun. I REALLY enjoyed my last week....lol.. Well lots of luck and prayers go your way Sandra, hope you look me up after and we can see how we are doing. I live in Pensacola, florida. Take care
