I also had my RNY done on Monday and I feel like s""t. Today is somewhat better than yesterday. I am getting a headache from the liquid pain medicine I was prescribed so than I take childrens IBUPROFEN which some on this site say you aren't supposed to take but my doctor said it would be fne. IDK.
And I am super tired today. Like I can't function. I got up and showered at 6am and than ate a pudding and went back to bed. Took pain meds than.
Got up at 930 and drank a carnation instant breakfast with protien poweder than went back to bed until 1100. Wonder if I am going to do this all day.

How did everyone do? I finally feel better today. Not as much pain!! I stepped on the scale and have gained 5 pounds. Must be fluid because I havent eaten since Sunday. anyone else gain wieght?

Welcome to the board. I am having my RNY surgery tomorrow so I will be joining the losers bench with everybody on here. Can't wait to see the new us!

I can't imagine. My boys are young 5 and 2 and it hurts me just to think about it =) I am sure he will do great. I have a lot of friends in the Air Force and they love it.
I am really nervous about my surgery. I have a lot of fears of it not working.. and/or being really painful. But I know I will take it one day at a time.

Feeling the same here...we can get through it though. it won't alwasys be like this...just read other peoples stories.
