LOL!!    We are on the home stretch gang!

I am already saving boxes to pack my fat clothes in!!  I have my stock pile of varied protein drinks, powders, and stuff and some nasty but necessary chewable vitamins.  Everybody else gettting ready?

Glad you are feeling better!  I've been feeling really good too.  I have kinda tired myself out by being out and about too much in the last couple of days so I think I will lay a bit low tomorrow and rest.

I'm happy that I'm actually eating!  Of course, I still have to suppliment with protein shakes, but not too much.  Since adding food in, I'm struggling a bit to get all of my water in...but I'm working hard on it because I know it's so important!

I had laproscopic RNY and had a drain in for one week. I think it is just surgeon preference though because some others on here did not have one at all.

I'm using the Bariatric Advantage powder. I've found that it tastes better and leaves less stuff on your teeth if I dilute it and then put it in a blender. It calls for 8oz. of water, but I'm doing 16 - 20 oz. instead. I'm guessing that would be the same with any powder.
Also helps get more fluids in.
