Mr Dr has me on Am protein shake, fruit snack, then salad at lunch w/ shake, pm snack, then dinner with 4oz lean meat and veggies, then later pm snack. no carbs though

Congrats! I'm a little bit behind you; my surgery is scheduled for June 15th. I'm not looking forward to the liquid diet either; but it will be well worth it. I have to do it for 5 days pre-op; how about you?

Hey guys!! I got approved last week after nearly a year of playing tug-of-war with my insurance company... woohoo!!!!
My surgery is scheduled for June 8th at 10:00 am.... is anyone else having their surgery on the 8th?
I am beyond excited.... I can't wait to get started. (Though I'll be totally honest, I'm dreading the liquid diet).
I'm 5'1 and 230lbs... so I have about 110lbs (give or take) to lose. Can't wait!!!!!!!! :)
