I have lost the same three pounds for the last couple of weeks too :). I actually called the dietician on Monday, and sure enough the next day I started losing again. Hopefully, this will be the end of those three pounds!  I think our bodies are kinda in shock, plus we are just starting to add in more food which is probably confusing our bodies a little. Even though I keep gaining and losing the same weight, I'm still losing inches which is really comforting.

Funny though, the thought also crossed my mind that I would be the one person the surgery didn't work for!

I know exactly where you guys are coming from! For the past 3 weeks i've been playing with 3 lbs, i lost 24lbs in the first 2 1/2 weeks then all of a sudden it stopped for a week then i lost 6 lbs, now for the last 2 weeks my scale has been up 3lbs then down 3lbs...its so frustrating as i go aqua aerobics 3 times a week...i spend 1 hr and 1/2  five days a week in the gym. I get in most of my 64 oz water, i eat protein first then veg or salad for every meal...i have the occasional snack, but i cant eat more than 1/2 cup of food...so i dont know where i'm going wrong! If it wasnt for my family encouraging me to keep going to the gym i would have given up by now, because whats the point when i dont see the pay off...

I must admit though i went to a family party on Sunday for my daughters 16th birthday and everyone was really surprised at the transformation. I also met up with my girls from work yesterday, i havent seen them since the op and they were also surprised.. Maybe i'm losing inches, i need to measure, but its still very disheartening not seeing it on the scales..

I'm also glad that i'm not the only one going through this...It would be nice to see what happens next month.

I'm in the same boat and glad I'm not alone!  It's disappointing when I don't see a loss on the scale and I feel like my family thinks it's something I'm doing.  (like sabatoge)  I've been following Drs orders to a T but ....oh well....it will come off......one of these days.

My scale is also starting to move downwards. I knew about stalls in weight loss I just never thought they would come this early. I wish they had told me. I really thought that I was the only person surgery was not going to help. I hope everyone is doing well and keep up the good work. I also think we shouldn't weigh oursleves so often.

I am not going to weigh in again until the 14th... I just get too upset when I see no change.

I have lost inches - I did measure myself prior to surgery.. so at least there is that right?

My clothes are falling off of me, so something is happening.  People are commenting and I don't think it is to be nice...

Hang in there and let's keep in touch on this - it's so nice to know I'm not alone!  I can't wait to be under 250.. that will be a huge milestone moment for me!

Dr. Benn gave me an incredible tool.. and I intend to make the most out of it!!
