Just wondering what everyone is eating for breakfast (besides eggs). I am out of ideas!

Thanks!

This mornng  I had some egg salad. I know its still eggs but definitely has a different flavor. Hubby put big pieces of pickle in it and though it gave it a great flavor and I made sure to chew chew chew the pickle isn't sitting well with me. I know what you mean though, can't wait to advance my diet as everything is getting pretty old to deal with!

I have been having a protein shake, or I'll have a cup of decaf coffee and put some protein powder in it.  I am not real hungry in the morning.  I'm still supposed to be on purees/mushies, though I admit I'm moving on a little to softer foods.  I am going to try soft-boiled or scrambled eggs soon and also oatmeal with splenda, cinnamon and milk.

I agree, I'm sick and tired of eggs or cottage cheese for breakfast!

Ka****ruly Vanilla Oatmeal.. One packet is 8 grams of protein AND has 9 grams of fiber in it!  I add a few small slices of bananna to it and make it with milk.

It tastes great, sticks with you and gives me my protein for the morning!

Dr. Benn gave me an incredible tool.. and I intend to make the most out of it!!

I have turkey bacon and yogurt sometimes instead of eggs. I'm really tired of eggs, too!!

Now that I am 7 weeks out I cook chicken pieces and keep them in the refrigerator and eat a chicken piece for breakfast. And I have tried fat free refried beans for breakfast. I did try to eat an egg a few days ago and it still didn't taste right to me.  Before this in the early stages I made due with Adkins protein shakes, sometime sugar free pudding and soup broth.

I am sooooooooooo glad to hear that I'm not the only one tired of eggs!

I feel like I have been complaining so much but I am really grateful to lose this weight.
There's has to be something else that's loaded with protein for breakfast.  Please let me know?
I am five weeks post op and have tried a few things but find that my taste buds have changed and my poor sleeve does not like much.
I love making my own spaghetti sauce and still love cheese.  I just need to stay away from cheese for a while.  I figure twice a week is good for cheese.
