I have been so afraid to eat.  It seems as if my stomach isn't ready.  It hurts sometimes for what seems no reason.

I also had surgery June 30th.  I am eating greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder mixed in and sweetened with sf vanilla syrup (starbucks, davinci, torani).  Also, pintos n cheese (taco bell), I had turkey chili today from Trader Joe's and that went okay. Tomato bisque with unflavored protein (Unjury), split pea soup with unflavored protein...you could strain some soups.

Things my pouch (lovingly named Gertrude for the bitter old woman she is) rejects: cottage cheese, tuna, hash...

Find a different protein...try Nectar (not milky, mixes with water/crystal lite), Jay Robb...so far my two faves.

I am in S.Korea so I cannot get very many things here.  Most Koreans are very skinny so they do not have lots of weight related supplements.

What is greek yogurt?  My ouch hurts almost anytime I eat and it fills up so fast.

I have been breaking out with hives.  I have gone back to very simple foods to eliminate the cause.

Greek yogurt is really high in protein...like 24 g per cup...Can't you order things online?  Like Amazon or something?  Maybe not yogurt but good protein powders...syrups...etc.

You guys should go to www.bariatriceating.com for protein powders. There is a RTD coffee protein that is so good and there are powders like Peanut Butter Cookie and Razz Sangria that are so worth it.

I had my surgery on the 1st and those first 2 weeks were the pits...but I hardly remember them now. Also go to www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com for some recipes for your puree stage.

I like the Vanilla Body Fortress protein powder, I got it at Walmart.  Its so versitile you can add things to it to change the taste.  I also use it in my coffee.
