Wow your lucky that your doc allows you to eat that! I know for my surgeon its 1 week is liquid only then 2-3 its pureed then 3-6 is soft. Then after 6 weeks we can start testing the waters and seeing what sits well and what doesn't. Glad you are feeling well though! Hope that continues.

Glad you are feeling better!  I've been feeling really good too.  I have kinda tired myself out by being out and about too much in the last couple of days so I think I will lay a bit low tomorrow and rest.

I'm happy that I'm actually eating!  Of course, I still have to suppliment with protein shakes, but not too much.  Since adding food in, I'm struggling a bit to get all of my water in...but I'm working hard on it because I know it's so important!

I've had scrambled eggs with reduced fat grated cheese on top, salmon, a few bites of steamed carrots, a few bites of steamed cauliflower, and fat free refried beans with grated cheese on top.

My Doctor has the same schedule as Michaels. Iam OK with it if that is what he thinks is best. The Dietican told me that most people really can't feel hunger pains until 6 months. I can sure feel the gas pains 5 days out. They are getting better....
