Thank you for your honesty and encouragement. I will have my surgery the first week of June 08 and I am nervous. Your post was very helpful to me. I know it's not going to be a picnic, but I also know being this fat is no picnic either. Thanks again and continued good luck!

I read your story and you are SO right. If one more person says you can take the weight off if you try hard enough, you just have to TRY, I might just go NUTS! Most people dont understand or for that matter care. Until you walk in my shoes......... Best of luck with your journey and surgery. Remember that WE support eachother and together WE succeed!!!

I just started posted to the Texas Messge Board of obesityhelp.com website yesterday and have gotten nothing but welcoming emails. I don't think you can get away from pop up adds when online. You will have to let me know how it is when you do get back to work. At work I sit in front of a computer and do data entry all day long. So, I hope I won't be off of work too long after I have surgery on the 3rd of June, this year. Take care, Tina Phillips
