Hi Tiffany, I am having ssurgery on June 3rd. I am working on trying to get my stuff together for when I come home from the hospital. My kids drink protien drinks when they are training for their sports. It's just powder protein we get at Walmart. My plan at this point is to add it to high protein Ensure to start anyway. As far as vitamins, they suggested chewables to start. My biggest fear is getting all this protein and fluids in that I am supposed to. I drink fluids all say so it may be a little difficult for me to get it all in. Anyway, let me know if this helps. Margie

I'm sorry you are freaking out. I am so glad you said something though. I have a been approved but haven't scheduled yet because I am SO freaking out. You are not alone. For me, knowing everyone eles is nervous as well helps me to kind of be okay. I am working myself up into a state over this. for me i am just afraid to go under the anesthesia. what exactly are you worried about? we will be okay though. and you are doing it! think of how great you will feel by july 9th, lol. -holly
