June 5 is my day for RNY surgery! I'll bet you're as excited as I am. It's great your husband has gone before you.... Now you know exactly what to expect and someone to share everything with. That's wonderful.

I am getting banded on June 5 and also am a nervous wreck. I can't think about anything else and I am constantly on another site posting and reading all day long. I just found this site today, so now I am here also! My husband was banded on May 12. This is the scariest and most exciting thing I've ever done next to having kids!

Thanks! And the best of luck to you also! I am so glad I have my husband to go threw this with. I'm not sure how strong I would be alone, know what I mean?

Yay! Same surgery date as me. How wonderful that you will both be banded so you can support each other and know what each other is going through. Best of luck with your surgery!

I'm so excited! I will be banded on June 5!!! I am also soooooo nervous!!! My husband got the lap-band on May 12 and is doing wonderful. I just pray I do as well as he's been doing! He just had his first solid meal tonight and kept it down. He's been a great example.

My Lap-Band surgery is on June 25th. I have a few pre-op appointments I'm trying to get through. Its a little never racking as each day draws closer, but I cant wait for the day
