Hi all, Today is my first day on just liquids (slimfast with a sprinkle of protein powder). It's gonna be a tough two weeks, I have to testify in court on Thursday and Friday as a witness on a violent crime case. Wondering how I'll do the slimfast thing when you're not allowed to bring food or drinks into the courthouse. .....anyway anyone else starting their two weeks liquids today? Hey Sue, How are you doing? How did you weekend go? I am working today, all liquids today. I didnt sleep well last night, lots of stuff on my mind. Didnt think of taking today off, but then I only want to take what I actually need to take for the surgery.
