Hi my bypass was on the 10th and all is fine the first 2-3 days are a little rough but I went back to work in 7 days and here we are at day 14 and ive already lost 22 lbs but even more important im taking no meds now all comorbidities have gone good luck and God bless frank

Well 2 weeks ago today I had my bypass ,I was 311 today I was 289.2 and it feels great I love my new life its all worth it . I still have a long way to go and somedays are harder than others but its all worth it

Wow can't believe it. You have all taken the words right out of my mouth. I can't believe the stupid Sh-t people have said to me, including telling me how to cheat! Family is very supportive so are co-workers I teach nursery school and everyones been awesome. Today is my first day reading these. I had my surgery June 9th and have graduated to puree WOO HOO. Needless to say I can't wait for a fill because I'm hungry, but I'm really looking forward to feeling and looking better! Good luck everyone. Lisa, had my surgery on June 9th started puree on the 19th I think. I'm SO HUNGRY!!! I was wondering if I could do harm also. I called my Dr. and got the same answer "just concentrate on getting well" My first fill is July 18th can't wait. Maybe I won't be so hungry. If you feel like chatting please write.......... Ilene

HI P. my surgery was June 9th and I have the gas pains also. Mostly in my left shoulder and chest. I take Gas X it subsides but I'm still going through it everytime I eat or when I lay down. I was told by nurse it will go away. Have you had an esoophogram?

UGH!!!!!!!! I have been trying to watch I eat and I'm still bloating and painfully so
I also am having a lot of air in my tummy as I am eating and tend to belch alot during meals. WHATS UP WITH THAT???
