I'm home!

Hi fellow Junesters. I made it back home yesterday. Overall doing quite well. Just some nausea and pain on the port side. Getting better all the time though. Thanks all with your well wishes. Prayers and good wishes to all the rest of you June ops.

I got home Friday. I wish I had exchanged numbers with the young lady walking the hall with me so I could take the journey along with someone else to share experiences. I have been searching for someone to talk to about my new life.

Send me a PM anytime. I'd be happy to correspond with any other Junesters. Which surgery did you have? I have a lap band. How was your pain level? I had quite a bit of left side pain, but it is getting better every day. Not too terribly hungry, just a little bit. My doc requires 4 weeks of liquids post-op. I feel like this phase will last forever. Oh well, really helps jump start the weight loss.
