surgery june 10 for lapband

Hi - now i'm reading so many negative things about lapband. The worst being that you are hungry and don't lose much weight in the beginning. Second worse - so many different results with restriction and recovery. Can anyone that has had the lapband within the last 6 months give me some positive feedback?
