Topic: more from me =)
Well.... I did it. I actually bought a bikini.... not only did I buy it, but I wore it out in public. It's a junior's bikini and the bottom is probably a bit smaller than I'd prefer. I grabbed it one day while I was shopping for something else, didn't try it on, but thought it was cute. Considering what I looked like 1 year ago and the fact that I haven't had any plastic surgery as of yet........ not so bad. I put pictures on my profile so yall can see it. My 1 year surgiversary is next Wednesday... I also have an appt with my dr that day. I'll post about my check up and where my weight is and all that other good stuff that day, but I wanted to share the pictures now.

Having small clothes amazed me too. Whenever I packed I found one suitcase held so much more. Every day is a new adventure and I just never know when the next "wow" moment will come.

Wow I never thought of the suit case not being so full...can't wait to go on another trip then...LOL
I saved ONE t shirt from the "big" old days...my fav yellow t shirt with a bee on the front. I now have a new yellow t shirt with a bee on the front. The new one barely covers the bee on the old one. The old one is even too big for me to sleep in.
Last week I FINALLY dropped off my wedding rings to be resized....Im always afraid I'm going to lose them in the pool. And while I was there I had them take 3 links out of my watch band.
Life is GOOD!!

I love the way the little things like this tickle us now!
With the price of a second bag being added in now for the airlines, it's a good thing you only need 1 suitcase.
Sounds like you are about at the same place I am. Used to be a 26/28, now 16 and sometimes 14. Sure a different range of clothes out there in our new size, huh?
Topic: AMAZEING!!!...To me anyway
Well I returned the bermudas to Walmart.. size 16 .. because the zipper was broke.. they didn't have another in brown.. so I actually tried on a 14 and it fit.. tried another pair of14 shorts and they fit... no wonder the 16's I bought 3 weeks ago.. I forget and just pull down without unzipping. Me! I have not worn anything this size since the late 1970's. I am AMAZED!!!
Any way.. I am going on my first little trip since August when my clothes were still in the 2x size.. I have this little 19' piolet suitcase .. that I have had for a number of years. TWICE as many clothes will fit into it now than when I was a size 28/30.. 3and 4x. WOW!!
It sure doesn't take much to entertain me,HUH??? Alice

Hey Jen! Thank you so much for sharing this. I've definately had my bouts with 'head hunger' from time to time.
Topic: trying to beat head hunger???
Keep head hunger in perspective.
Is your mind convinced it needs chocolate, chips, fries, ice cream, or some other comfort food? Of course, you know you don't really need those foods. You can look at your "head hunger" as a psychological call for comfort. Maybe you are feeling depressed, anxious, or bored. Do you want to cover up or soothe your feelings with food? How else can you cope with your uncomfortable feelings?
When hunger takes hold, keep your mind distracted from food and your hands busy. In your journal, write down what you want to accomplish as a thinner and healthier person and the type of life you want to live. Then, use your vision of the new you to put your head hunger in the proper perspective. You don't have to let head hunger rule your behavior.
Action for today: Make a list of five activities that can be alternatives to stress eating. When the next urge to graze comes along, you'll be prepared.
