I do not go out much in the sun (because I am allergic to it imagine of all things to be allergic to i break out in bad hives i get them even from just driving my forehead face chest wherever the sun hits) I do not drink alot of milk because it makes me dump, i do eat cheese yes i am excited about my new dentist!!! take care BEAUTY YOU LOOK GREAT! love you more, crystal

I can honestly say that it is the best thing I did with my life. I am bit farther from my goals, but I can say the following. 1. I have lost 117 pounds in the past year 2. I no longer have to have injections in my knees for my arthitis 3. I am no longer looking at knee replacement in my left knee 4. I am off my 8 medications a day including arthritis, cholesterol and 2 antidpressants. 5. I am down from a size 30/32 shirt to a 18/20 6. I am down from a size 52DDD to a 42D bra 7. I am down from a size 26/28 pants to a 16/18 8. I no longer have to shop in supersize plus stores. 9. I am down from a ring size of 11 1/2 to a 8 1/2 10. I am down from a 9 w to a 8 regular shoe 11. I can walk 3-4 miles without being affected. I can ride a bike 5 miles. 12. My husband has also lost 25 pounds. 13. My hair fell out alot, but it is now thicker than it ever has been. 14. I battled cancer and 20 treatments of radiation and WON! I know this would have been harder on me if I would have been heavier and not as fit as I was. 15. I have met some wonderful people here and on the michigan board. I have about 70 pounds to go before plastics. Realistically, I can do this in the next 6 months. Thanks for all the support Pam
