Topic: RE: Help!
Lynette, everyone *****plied has already said what I wanted to say lol. You are by NO MEANS a failure! "Only" 64 pounds? That's awesome! Could you have lost that weight in 4.5 months without surgery? I've "only" lost 62 pounds since surgery. But I feel better than I have in years and I'm off all of my diabetes and blood pressure meds. That's enough for me to feel like a complete success even if I don't lose another ounce! Keep your chin up girl, it's all in your perspective!

I've been hovering around the same weight and losing and gaining the same 2 pounds for the past month as well. I honestly am starting to think this is normal since there's quite a few others of us that are experiencing the same thing. I really think we need to just keep doing what we're doing and the scale will eventually move again. For myself, I thinking my honeymoon is over

I am even giving myself longer than a week. I started to drop again, and bounced back up 4 pounds this week. I am having issues with my iron that I take, and that is what I think most of it is.

I always "weigh in" on Monday, so tomorrow morning I'll weigh myself and then my husband is going to take the EVIL scale and either hide it or take it to work for the week!!! I'm gonna make myself crazy if it stays in the bathroom !! Good Luck girls, Here's to the scale moving down!

GRrrrrrr I too have been at the same weight 3 1/2 weeks now! It is very frustrating I dont have the answers either I just wanted you to know you're not alone. I see most of our dates are around the same time maybe this is just something that happens at this time ya know? I just keep thinking the scale will move again IT HAS TOO or I will throw it against the wall opps sorry! I mean .....This too shall pass! Just be patient and I will be too. Take Care, April

Oh honey, I'm sorry you're so frustrated. I think we've ALL had the plateaus we thought would never end. My surgeon told me that during those times, we would be losing inches. Are your clothes fitting any looser? Understand also that you have been working out and that is building muscle which is good, but that weighs more than fat. Keep doing what you are doing, the scale WILL start up again.
Only suggestions I would have is to make sure you are getting enough calories in. I know that's when I stall. Plop it into fitday.com. Make sure you are getting in LOTS of water too. You're doing fine....you've lost 75 lbs and your body just probably needs to catch up to the fat you've lost.
