My biggest accomplishment is that I am in ONDERLAND!! I am soooo happy to finally be able to post that I am under 200 pounds! WOW!!!!! I never thought this would happen! I feel sooo wonderful. I haven't weighed this little since I was a freshman in college! (Like 15 years ago!) I even raced a group of 6th graders up three flights of stairs and wasn't too winded!! (I think they let me win!) I would love to hear others accomplishments this week!

Hi everyone.. I'm not posting as much as I used to, although I do keep up with our June Board... Great to see everyone losing... YAY!
My surgery was 6/22/07.. my weight was 305.. and I weighed in today at 226.6.. very excited here! That's a loss of 78.4 pounds.
I'm not getting nearly enough protein daily and my calcium is still too low.. so I'm on the yucky supplements and trying to find new ways to get all my protein in..
Crystal Lite and Protein??? How do you mix it up?? What protein, etc?

My surgery was June 28 and I am 84 down all together I want more but hey halloween screwed me up

I started at 303 and today am at 223 so 80 pounds since surgury =) so far so good.. another 55 or so to go till im really happy tho....

Hi Kathi,
I started at 303 my surgery date of 6/27 and of this morning am down to 236 for a total of 67 pounds. I also get the minimum amount of protein but am trying to up it. I ride a stationary bike 30 minutes almost every day.

Glad your back!!! The only thing keeping me sane is knowing soon i will be in my new house...............ugggggggghhhh
