Good to see you at the meeting last night... I am not even counting calories, just concentrating on getting my protein in. I truly believe the more you exercise the more calories you can have. Terri Riley (she posts on the RNY board) She exercises a lot!! and I think she said she gets 3000 cal a day. I just ate a very small piece of cheesecake tonight...no dumping for me yet! I don't think I dump... bummer!

Lap band surgery June 20th, 50# gone so far. I was a light weight and have only 40 more to go. I love my band!

800-1000 with 100 g protein/day and exercise 3-5 days (3 strength training religiously and 2 additional days of cardio if I'm up to the boredom of cardio).

Well we celebrated Thanksgiving in October.....LOL
But I am thankful for
Finally taking control of my eating
for my childrens arms being able to reach all the way around me ( my son actually picked me up the other day)
for my husband who is always there for me

I try to get in about 800 calories a day. I notice when I don't I stall and or gain weight. I do know that I also gain when it's about to be that TOM. GRRRR
