Hey Tam- Sounds like you're doing GREAT! We all are faced with the scale not moving, but you are still losing inches during those times. It's your body's way of catching up to the weight loss. And don't worry about the gym scale....they are always a few pounds more than our home ones. I'm not sure why, but it's just like the clinic scales, always a few pounds more. Hmmmm? makes you wonder. Strange comment...one I've received was a lady at work said, "Oh my God you are just shrinking." Now mind you, I'm not small at all, still have a long ways to go. I said, "Oh thank you, I'm getting there." She looked at me all concerned and said, "So, what happens when you've lost everything? How do you get it to stop or do you just keep losing?" I said, "Well, I won't disintgrate. I'm sure I'll stop losing weight when I'm suppose to." She says, "But if you can't eat hardly anything how do you stop losing." WOW!

Oh Crystal, I'm so sorry to hear that your friend is being this way. Sometimes we don't really know who our friends really are until something changes. I know there are thin people that only like their heavier friends because they are no competition and they know they will get all the attention. Unfortunately, those aren't really friends. I do hope that at some point this woman will realize how she has been acting and want to have a real friendship with you. If not, consider it her loss and do move on. You are a sweetheart and deserve to have better friends surrounding you. Love ya girl! Pam

Just wanted to update you all on my skinny friend that had been making rude comments to me and told me i took the easy way out of losing weight. she and i worked together she went to work with another real estate company she has not called me since she left i have emailed her, text, and called her she has not called me or anything.... sooo i am not sure what happened except that i think with my weight loss, and my new home, i sent her over the edge... that was over 3 weeks ago.....i am very sad over that.........i even said to her if i have done anything to offend you please let me know............(which i really haven't but thought i would give her the opportunity to vent at me if she needed) well i am praying and dealing with it and at this point i am just going to leave it in God's hands and if it is meant to be it will be and if not well i will just have to move on. I just can't belive my very best friend for over 5 years is being like this.....i am just beside myself over this..........
