Hi Julie, You are doing alot better than I am. I am down approx 40 pounds and I have only lost 2 pounds in the last 2 months. I lost 10 pounds for pre op amd the other 30 the first 2 months.I dieted and was faithful waiting for restriction to finally kick in. I have had 3 fillsthat equal 2 cc in my 4 cc band. I think I gave up last month and have lost my way. The last fill made it impossible to eat any kind of dry meat but I am able to consume 2 cups of carbs with no problem. I can eat fried meat or gravied meat. I work full time and can't plan a meal for work very well. Plus I get hungry and eat too fast or the wrong things. this last fill has provided some restriction. I can eat about 1 1/2 cup to 2 cups now.I am going to the Doc Thursday. I honestly don't know if I need a fill or a swift kick. Phyllis
