I actually gained weight from in the last week and a half. I ran out of my hydrochlorothiazide and have been retaining water. GRRRR So, my goal of being under 200 and losing 100 lbs was met and taken away. *pout* Need to see my doc for a refill....was hoping I wouldn't need it anymore, but my legs say I do.

OH MY GOSH!!!! 171 POUNDS???????????? You are doing such a FABULOUS job Richard! You should be sooooooooo proud of yourself! Congrats sooo much on getting in to Grad school, that is SO exciting! Things sound like they are going very well for you. I know you struggled for awhile, good to hear thing are good.

Don't feel too bad. I made it to my goal of losing 100 lbs and being under 200 lbs to only put on 3 - 4 lbs in the last week and a half. Ran out of my hydrochlorothiazide and am retaining water. Can't get it refilled until I see the doctor and get a new prescription. I was kind of hoping I wouldn't retain water anymore, but .... still am. GRRRR Oh well. So, now I'm waiting to make the goal .... AGAIN!

YAY She's back. Sorry to hear you're not feeling good and the blah....dental work, but sounds like you are going to have a holly jolly Christmas!
However....the friend of a friend that isn't coming back home to Wisconsin for the holidays....be careful, somethings wrong with someone that doesn't want to come back to Wisconsin. *S*
For the protein powder turkey, I'm thinking part chocolate and part vanilla powder...you know dark meat, white meat?! Sounds delicious!

Cleo! We missed you! My husband gave me a cold too, dental work on top of it though? - yikes you poor lady!
I say give em vanilla protein powder for Christmas, not everyone likes the chocolate - lol
