They say 40 is the new 20. Think of it this way: I bet you feel better now than you have in years. Your age is not who you are, it's a number. A descriptor, if you will.

Four O is a great age if you ask me!
My daughter will tell you that I will celebrate the 8th anniversary of my 36th birthday in February.

Thank you all for your support!!! It's great having a place to go and talk about this with others that have had their surgeries around the same time as me. I never miss a support group meeting... but there aren't many people that had surgery around the same time as me. So I love coming here and reading the posts and posting every now and then.
Thanks again.... and I am glad I am not alone.
