Ruthie girl! You are doing GREAT! I have lost 77.5 since surgery. I was on a 6 week diet prior to surgery that brings my total higher, but my since surgery loss compares to yours. I have heard that we usually have long stalls at a weight we were for long periods of time. So......if you think about it, is the weight you are at now been something you were at in the past for a long time? The scale WILL move again, especially since you are so determined to take control and think before eating. We can fall back so easily into our old habits and it's good to remind ourselves the right way to do things.
