I had a great Christmas. With a 4 year old that really gets Christmas, it was magical at our house. I made all the meals for Christmas day, and even Bake Beans with Brown sugar splenda and got lots of compliments on them. It was a great day. Now for new years...............

mine was ok too. i was never hungry when i was at my mom's. when i am home, i get hungry. i would have sworn it was not head hunger but now i am confused again! i did eat a few rice krispie treats but my calories were less than 1,000 every day no problem so I am happy. hubby and i got guest passes and worked out every day we were at mom's. luckily we didn't break an arm patting ourselves on the back! lol felt good to exercise and made me feel not guilty when i sample the rice krispie treats. Happy New Year everyone! judi

Overall I didn't do too bad either but I grazed a little and I don't usually do that. At least I grazed on good things but I certainly don't want to fall into that habit again! My tummy has been feeling kinda yuk for about 4 or 5 days now and I can't seem to tolerate anything - even water upsets the pouch so I'm struggling to get my protein and water... probably a good thing because otherwise I'm afraid I might experiment with some "bad" foods. Hopefully, now that the stress of the holidays is over my belly will come back to normal and I can get back to my routine. Other than that I had a great Christmas! Bekah

CHRISTmas is always good! I was able to spend CHRISTmas with most of my kids and grandkids. I haven't seen one of my children since last CHRISTmas, because she doesn't like my husband being married to me. She will not even give us her number (she has one sister she keeps in contact with. She always figures a way out of giving us the number). My son was not there because of family issues. My first time not having CHRISTmas with him. Both need prayer! We had CHRISTmas at my daughter, Amy's, house (this is where we live). She has two children. My daughter Tonya was there, and she has two children; My daughter Jennifer was there and she has 6 children. My son did bring his 4 girls over so they could spend CHRISTmas with us, and that was great. Of course all my sons were there (inlaws or outlaws some say. We don't have any add ons in our family, except for those who choose to have it on there for deffinate ID purposes). What ever! It was great! We played the Family Fued. I got tickled at my daughters. They thought my answers weren't really good (though they didn't say so, they just didn't use them!). They couldn't believe it when my answer was up there each time. I played the final round against my husband. He had the same problems. Oh these youngsters sometimes learn the hard way! It was a wonderful day! We read the CHRISTmas story before opening presents. That is tradition in our home (no matter where it is! Amen). After all, that is truly what CHRISTmas is all about. I enjoy talking to you and think you look great at forty! I would have never thought you were a day over 32! Merry CHRISTmas and happy New Year! Elisa

Hi everyone! I'm so sorry I've been gone so long Between my internet connection being gone for a couple of months and working long, icky hours, I have not had time to do much at all these days, much less get on my computer. It should be about another week or two before my work hours settle down and I have some "me" time again! Hubby and I are kind of in a financial mess since our Anchorage place still hasn't sold and foreclosure is looming now (hence the need for all the overtime). Anyways, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are all healthy and happy in your new bodies! I certainly am! I've hit my 100 pound lost milestone finally after a long and miserable 2 month stall. Christmas was much easier to get through than I thought it would be, although it's the first time in my life I didn't make a huge lasagna dinner for Christmas day...and no homemade cookies and truffles either (an old holiday tradition). It probably helped that my hubby and I spent it alone since we have no family here in Oklahoma and the few friends we've made went back home to their families for the holidays. I was never much of a drinker so New Years Eve will be a breeze hehe I have missed you guys an awful lot and I hope you'll forgive my long absence. Please feel free to drop me an email if I disappear and anyone starts to worry. I don't wanna worry anyone! [email protected] Love you all! Donna
