Mine is to spend more time with my family. The past 6 months have been all about ME. Although I will still take care of myself and do all the stuff I need to do for me... my husband and daughter deserve some quality time too! I've been so focused on my WL journey that I really feel like I've neglected a lot of other things in my life. Bekah

What are yours? I am trying to pull together a list for myself. My first being - back to the bite it - write it philosophy. I have drifted from this greatly and have not been tracking for about 6 weeks since my gall bladder issues started. Second being getting back to the gym on a regular basis. Third is getting my vitatmin and suppliments regime back on track. Its still a work in process, but its good to have some goals. Would love to hear what yours are. Pam

Topic: RE: I have been losing the same 2 pounds for 2 1/2 weeks now
I am having a sinilar experiance.... I have been gaining and loosing the same couple pounds all of DEC. I loose three, gain 2, loose 1, then another then another then gain 2....back and forth. So far in Dec I have only lost 9 lbs but I have lost the same 3 lbs about 6 times. Just keep plodding along!! Becky

You've probably heard this before, but ... you might try increasing your intake just a bit, increase your water, and don't forget - protein, protein, protein!! I think we stall at about 6 months because we are finally getting used to our new pouch and we are trying new foods everyday (at least I feel like I am). So, back up a few steps in your program and see what happens. Most importantly - this is normal!! I posted a stall question/frustration less than 2 weeks ago myself and really just hearing everyone says "its normal" and "it will pass" was really helpful. And guess what?? They were right - I dropped 2 more pounds! Every time I have a little stall I get frustrated but it doesn't take too long for the scale to move again. Keep with the program and it will work! Good luck to you! Bekah

I have been bouncing between 172 and 174 for 2 1/2 weeks. I know it is the dreaded stall. It does make me wonder if this is where it will all end. If so I would still be happy. I would still want to tone up though. I have set my goal for 130 but if I never get there I am ok with that. I just can't see how I could quit losing when I (with the exception of yesterday) barely eat anything. Suesan
