Wow...quite powerful. I definately see me in a few. I think we all need to be reminded, especially if we are getting comfortable with the new 'us.' Getting comfortable got us to where we were...so we shouldn't get comfortable anymore. It's a daily fight, us vs. the food.

I can do chicken-turkey- ham-basically all meats. I can't do hamburgers. But I can do a taco weird huh? . I can't handle anything too greasy or fried. I was suprised when I could handle some ranch dressing. Now I'm not talking alot just a dip from my fork here and there but I was suprised anyway! I haven't tried too many sweets as I don't want to find out if I tolerate them or not but I have been ok with a few bites of cheesecake and once I had a little rolo. WAY TO YUMMY..so I had to stop! Today for lunch I tried the "sammie" size flatbread from quiznos! YUMMO!!! I had turkey and cheese with lettuce and tomato. It was the perfect size for me and it was only $2 . It was the first sandwich I've been able to try. Bread usually doesn't work for me.

My three are : 1. get my exercise routine back. At least 3 times a week. 2. be more patient with my family. I have a tendancy to yell or get irritated easily. 3. love myself and to be able to "believe" people when they give me a compliment.

I'm glad your Christmas went well! Mine was ok. I was so proud of myself for not eating the cheesy potatoes! (they are usually my favorite...but with a whole stick of butter- I would have been hurtin!) I did try a bite or two of cheesecake but overall made great choices. I think this is the first holiday season that I lost weight instead of gained it! Have a great new years!
