Inquiring minds want to know...how was your trip to Arizona?

It was absolutely wonderful!!!... My older son had seen me the first of the month.. and the other one was not quite as excited as I would have liked.  But he said "you look good Momma" ..when I commented later that I thought he would say more I got" Well I had seen the pictures of you".  He is the one that went to live with his Dad when he was 11 and I am back to the size I was then.
   The flight was a direct flight.. and I could actually walk the entire length of the airport to claim my luggage with out haveing to stop and sit down and rest.  And I FIT IN THE SEAT  with seat belt to spare.
   I had never been to Arizona before.. so we did the Grand Canyon think and a few other sights. It was a pleasure to be able to even get in and out of the car.
  I had the 2 boys together for the Grand Canyon jaunt and that is the first time in over 20 years that I have had the 2 of them together with just me .
  And the amount of clothes I could get in the suitcase was amazeing. LOL
  I went to long without eating and didn't carry any protien in my purse.. but that was my own fault.

Oh Alice I am so glad you had a wonderful time! I would love to see the Grand Canyon.

Alice, I am so glad to hear that you had a nice trip and got to see both of your boys together!!!!

I am sure they were both so proud of your success on your weight loss and how hot their momma looks!!!
