What are you eating today? Me? Well I made cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast. Have had a cuppa java..well two cups. After I ride my bike, I will have a protein shake. Lunch will be deli ham rollups...ham wrapped around spinach leaves dipped in honey mustard. Hmmm dinner.. maybe I'll take one of your ideas! Of course, I will also get in my water and vitamins

Hi Jen... I'm not too imaginative with my food....never have been..LOL But I like it that way. I eat a lot of salad these days...LOVE LOVE LOVE it This morning I had a small piece of protein bar, a yogurt and about half a cup of dry special K...(the flakes with the chocolate bits) YUMMY An hour later I had my protein drink ( with my morning vits) and am now enjoying water...LOL For lunch I will be having a green salad, topped with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, finely shredded low fat cheese and a few cashews on the side.... Afternoon I will have another protein drink (with afternoon vits) and more water Dinner will likely be the same except I will likely have a sugar free popsicle for dessert. for a TV snack I will probably have a small piece of protein bar and some popcorn. No imagination here either. Every morning I have a 4 cup pot of coffee with my 21 grams of protien.. GNC 100% WHEY . chocolate carmel.. . snack a medium banana Lunch.. 3oz of deli roast beef and a slice of cheddar cheese mid afternoon.. cup of my own home made soup or 1/2 can Campbell chunky soup.. something with beef and vegetables dinner.. green salad with deli meat and /or egg and some onion. Scads of water and my vitamins of course.

Let's see.... a typical day for me would like like this.... Breakfast CIB (either ready made or powder mixed with milk or soy milk) Morning snack (sometimes but not all days) Banana Lunch Soup or half a sandwich or maybe a small salad After work snack Fruit or crab sticks depending on how much protein I have eaten so far in the day Dinner Meat of some kind (either meat sauce with a few pasta bits, chicken, pork, or fish) some vegetable (spinach, carrots, green beans, corn) Evening snack Sugar free pudding, sometimes a small handful of almonds, a piece of fruit, or yogurt And when I am not eating... drinking lots of water, decaf coffee, decaf iced tea, or other fluids. And I never skip my vitamins I think the most I eat in one sitting is still at about a cup of food.

I am coming to eat at your house Jen!!!! I had today breakfast vitamins and crystal light ice tea (ok not the best breakfast) but I had to take clients out early this morning and lately I am not sure why but i get the poops really easy lately>.......i know i know tmi for lunch I had a 1/4 cup of a pesto salad i made with bow tie pasta tomatoes black olives some extra virgin oil and vinegar with lots of basil,oregano (very yummy) not sure of the carb and fat intake but it is yummy and a 1/2 of peanut butter sandwich dinner will probably be chicken breast boneless skineless with some spinach and feta cheese.......... i did have a couple of teddy grahams and i do mean just a couple i think 4 lol and lots of crystal light tea
