1 Year out 6-25-07

I made it this far, and I do it all over again at drop of a hat. It been hard the last 6 months but I gain alot of strenght from my friends from her and my doctor office. Best wishes to anyone that having a adv.

Hi, My one year anniversary is the same date as you! Congratulations!! I know what you mean about it getting hard after the first 6 months. It's bad when the appitite comes back... I am 60 years old and my goal was a realistic 150 lbs. BUT...Now that I am hungry again, I struggle to keep it at 150... Last night I went out to dinner with some friends to celebrate. They bought me a dozen roses and they made my day!! Congratulations on OUR anniversary!! Linda Clark
