Uh huh! One year ago... One year ago... I wore a 56inch waist pants I wore a 5x Shirt I weighed 400 pounds I was huge I was depressed I was not alive Today I have a 38 inch waist I wear an XL or L I weigh 194 pounds I don't look bad at all I am happy I am alive!
