Anniversary time

I'm just so excited Friday was my 1 year Post-Op and I have lost 203 pounds from 415 size 32 to 211.6 size 14. I am truley the happiest I have ever been and it's not the scale that does it for me it's the new Smokin Hot Jeans. I did a seminar last night and it was more fun than ever I was so happy to share my story I never thought I would have these results in a year but I thank everyone who ever supported me in this as well as my doctor for being so strong on follow up. Tamilyn I would like to say congrads on your wonderful weight loss. God is truly good. I started out not to far from you I was 425 and I am now 270. I wish I could have lost 200lbs my first year out. But I am ok with that 70 more lbs to go. It has been a wonderful year... Denise
