Total Loss.....119.8 lbs
I'd like to get to 150 so I think I'll need to kick myself in the butt and make sure I follow EVERY rule. I have been slacking and weekends are horrible as I sit and snack on peanuts in front of the tv a lot. Need me a butt kickin!
31 lbs to go to weight goal. Healthy goal has been made which I'm thrilled about!

just posting to say hi! lol
after i got to my all time low of 176 my scale JUMPED back up to 182-my body loves this weight I have been back and forth to it for flippin ever. unfortunately the scale was not broken. so, i'm boycotting it. have increased my exercise but need to be logging on fitday. been trying to watch protein but grazed at work a couple of days.
my 1 year check up is june 21st are yours coming up??

i started a swimming class yesterday, laps for an hour. i didn't think i got that much exercise since i was trying to avoid driniking all the water in the pool but my butt and arms hurt today.
sorry for the hijack, wanted to participate but have no clue about my weight - lol

Judi - This is the hard part isn't it? Up, down, up, down... I find that I lose in 10ths of a pound sporadically (1 week out of 3 or 4 maybe) and just try to avoid grazing. It's really hard so I try to stick to grazing on LC Lite Cheese (where is that Buffy???) and crackers. This weekend with sorority sisters at a spa was quite a challenge. Sticky buns, popcorn, ice cream, pie...UGH! I avoided it all, but let me tell you, I chomped down a whole lot of nuts, yogurt, and protein bars!
I got a mental picture of you draining the pool - LOL!
My 1 yr appt is June 17. I think I've lost about 10 pounds since the 9 month appt and the dr thought at that time that I probably would not lose a whole lot more and was pleased with where I was at that time.

Hey Judi-
My weight is the SAME way! I have lose a pound, I gain a lb, my body just doesn't want to let go of this weight. I also HATE that TOM...GRRRRR. That's when I go up 3-4 lbs every month. It's just not fair! I haven't tried going swimming...I really should look into it. Work muscles tha tI'm not use to working. You're doing a GREAT job, I think this is just part of our bodies holding onto weights we were for long periods of time in the past. Everytime I've hit these stalls, it seems to correlate with a weight I stayed for a prolonged period before. Just keep working the tool and this too should pass.

II haven't been doing this.. but am glad we are back.. I am like Judi got down to 179 but it jumps up and down between that and 182.. have 10-12 lbs to Dr. goal.. would like another 10 if I can get it. But my health is so much better.. I will be satisfied with what I have.. size 16 and xlarge... beeen 30 years size I wore anything under 2x. Keep up the good work. Alice
