Well, I guess my honeymoon is over. I have been craving everything in sight! I have been grazing and I eat more at meals. I am afraid I have stretched my pouch out. I have been doing this for about 3 weeks. I have been eating a orange or a 100 cal bag snack in between meals. I have been dealing with a lot of depression for some time now and the doctor put me on a new medicine. I believe this started after being put on this med. Has anyone else had uncontrolable cravings? I have been dealing with family problems with my adult children which has caused the depression to increase. I worry about them and my grandchildren. I have got to get a grip! I have come to far to have this happen. I was down to 179lbs. and now I am at 183. It fluctuates between those numbers. I don't want to gradually put it back on, and i would like to lose at least 20 more lbs. That is not my original goal but I think it would be a good number for me. Any info, suggestions, ect, would be appreciated.

I am having to fight the urge to snack also. I am eating 3 meals a day consisting of about 2-3 ounces a meal and then try to eat a snack in between (yogurt, sugar free pudding, cheese and wheat crackers, etc). I exercise daily. Have you tried tracking your calories? I used thedailyplate.com and average 850-950 calories a day. Julie

I am having similar problems...I am always wanting to graze... I havent been gaining weight but the weight loss has slowed down to very little. I would like to loose another 25 lbs or so. The solution for me is to NOT have the things I like to graze on in the house. When I KNOW they are in the cupboards I can't help myself. Old habits die hard I guess.? Guess its time to buckle down again and refocuss!! Becky

I thought it was only me!!! I know exctly how you feel.. I have been shut in because of my knee replacement surgery.. So thought maybe it was boredom. Maybe it is just that time in our journey.. It would be interesting to ask some others if this has happened to them at this stage. Keep up the good work girls.. We all will lose that last few pounds.. I have been bounceing between 98-100 pounds off for 2 weeks now. Good luck all. Alice

I have not used this but many folks swear by the 5 day pouch test. www.5daypouchtest.com/plan/theplan When I find my self grazing or at least standing in front of the fridge or cabinets to see what I can eat, I have a cup of peppermint tea and get a book. Anything to break the cycle of wanting in my head to eat. If I still do it, I have a cheese stick or a protein drink. I've been battling depression issues myself since January. My doctor added Lamictal which has no weight side effects!! I won't know it's effectiveness for a few weeks. Good luck to us all!

Elisa, I too have been eating some things that I know I should not be...but I really try to do it in total moderation (if there really is such a thing) for instance i love chips and dip so i literally will put 2 spoonfuls of dip on the plate with a small handful of chips that is my night snack....i know NOT GOOD....but gosh darn it i don't do it every night and i don't think that that will hurt me as long as I CAN KEEP CONTROL over this. I do find myself eating peanut butter crackers the little pack during the day sometimes but that is usually when my lunch is NOT agreeing with me.....and I need something to eat... Protein drinks still seem to be my saving when i feel hungry...i mix the unflavored with my crystal light.... Good luck to all of us!!! love you all Crystal
