Help fellow Juneys - I'm stuck

I have been in a pattern for 3 - 4 months...........No weight loss for 3 weeks and then the week after my period, I'd have a 6 - 7 pound weight loss. Okay, not spectacular but bearable. This month, however, passed without the week of weight loss. Help! Any suggestions? My surgery was June 21, 2007. I started at 310 pounds and have gotten down to 190 pounds. I still want to lose another 45-50 pounds. Thanks for reading.........I'm frustrated and need help.

that is my pattern too! have you recently increased your exercise, that can cause your body to hold onto water, calories, etc. are you logging your food to see if maybe you are eating more than you realize? i know others have said that at this point they had to shoot for BALANCE in their diet, veggies, keeping fat and carbs reasonable, etc. That is what I am shooting for kind of, since my nut told me to focus on protein and calories and not obsess over the rest but to get some veggies in every day. so, I'm in the same boat and that is what I'm trying. Lets see what some of the super losers have to say! hang in there, all we can do is stick with the plan, i firmly believe it will work. judi

I now your pain.. I had to step up my game and exercise 30 min more and more water in take. My nut could not stress the importance of water and weight loss.. But look at this way you are mostly likely in the best shape you have been in with in the last 5 to 10 years.
