I have lost about 110 pounds. Now, I do have some flab that I need to firm. I can hide that under my clothes. (Playboy hasn't called yet...must have lost my number). BUT, I have flubby arms! This has always been a trouble spot for me. I can't commit to working out until school is out. Does anyone have exercises I can do at home with weights? My son is getting married in August. My dress jacket covers them up, but I still know they are there! Thanks! Deb

Sorry to have to rain on your parade, but the flab you're talking about won't go away with exercise. Exercise will get you some muscle, but the flab is from stretched skin . Given that you have a son old enough to be getting married, your built up muscle will probably not completely fill up the flabby skin. I now have awesome biceps and triceps along with the hanging skin, but worse is that I also have really good quadriceps and hamstrings with even WORSE inner thighs. The secret is.......wear good clothes and no one knows!

I'm sad to say you are so right! I've learned that if I'm wearing a tube top, I will not be doing any Miss America waves. Ha Ha Everything else is okay except the lower belly and my arms are little wobbly.. I rather have batwings than a heart attack..I think that will be my signature.. "I'd rather have batwings than a heart attack.."

Hey Deb! Congrats on your son getting married! and on the 110 LBS LOST! Great job! As far as the batwings....I'm not sure there are any excercises that will get rid of them totally, but if you work on lifting weights, it will fill them out a little with muscle and not be AS bad. As I said though, it's not going to get rid of it totally. Short of plastic surgery....their yours, embrace them as a trophy for the wonderful health you've brought into your life with losing 110 lbs! Pam
