then I USUALLY SIT BACK AND THINK HA HA HA HA ........LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME!!! I AM THIN WOO HOOOO LOL LOL.......
JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE!!!!
anybody else had "THE TALK"
pfft. Doesn't it make you wonder what they were thinking when you were fat?
My sister said to me last month that my face look gaunt and she could see my collar bones in the photos I sent to her. (She live in Louisiana)
Well HELLO....she was so used to seeing my big fat round face for so many years. And I don't have that hump on my upper back/neck/shoulder area anymore so what do you want? aaaarrrrrggghhh.
She has a friend who had RNY and thinks this woman is too skinny too. Now my sister has never had a weight problem in her entire life. My other sister used to have a problem keeping weight on. WTHeck (now at 49 yrs she is 'normal')
Definately gotta plan a weekend down here girl!
OMG girl that is sooo funny gaunt and collar bones..........LOL.......it's like umm NO NOW MY FACE YOU CAN SEE IT'S DEFINITION instead of it feeling like it's full of fluid and just round!!! LOL...collar bones yes you said it!!!! LOL LOL LOL no humb on the upper back /neck/and shoulder area............I JUST LOVE YOU!!!!
I AM COMING SOON!!!!
LOVE YA GIRL!!!
I am glad you are on the road to recovery, Crystal. I had someone tell me today not to lose anymore weight. I still have about 25 to go. At 150, I will just be on the high side of normal. I am going to fathom a guess that I will never be too thin. I am 50 and I have the metabolism of a sloth. I had this surgery because I couldn't lose weight unless I ate a thiimble full of food while running on a treadmill for 5 hours a day. Here's hoping those days are gone forever...for all of us! Stay healthy, Crystal! Deb
i want the talk! lol i haven't lost enough yet.
i haven't seen my family since Christmas and they were worried so i sent them my avatar picture.
mom:
"you need to wear your hair curlier"
dad:
"please send a full body picture of you standing up, i can't tell how you look"
what a tough crowd! lol
hang in there guys, everyone has an opinion, I've seen too many post ops regret stopping their weight loss on purpose and then having the 10 lb bounce back.
i think you all look wonderful!!!!
JUDI, JUDI, JUDI, OK I WILL GIVE YOU "THE TALK" LOL....
GEESH JUDI WHEN I FIRST LOOKED at YOUR PIC ON HERE i didn't even recognize you, your cheekbones have gotten so defined, and structured...........
are you sure you are eating all the right foods? Don't lose to much weight!!!
GIRL YOU LOOK MARVELOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOUR NEW PIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So very glad you are on the mend.
Ain't it funny. So far I haven't heard the "TO THIN" bit but have heard you don't need to lose anymore.... Well I do. I still have 20 lbs to Dr.'s goal... Hopefully a little more.. None of em have seen me without my clothes.. TEEHEE!!!
You are doing so great. Since my knee surgery has slowed me down ..in exercise... like I was a FLAME BALL to begin with. I have dropped another 2 pounds.. In almost 3 weeks.. What is the matter with me.. I only lose an average of 1 1/2 pounds a week anyway.
But 98lbs since dayone.. first Dr. consult.. I just wanta get to that 100lb. mark.
