For me, since it is nice, it is the high school track. Did 5 miles on Saturday, while my son played. I am so glad the weather has broke. I also do the gym 3 days a week, but will probably only do that when its not nice. Pam

Ummmm...don't you have a couple of little boys? There's no way you're "doing nothing" with them in your life! I'll bet you're doing more now than you were 10 months ago!

Still hate cardio, but do strength training 3x week religiously. I was taking a low-impact cardio class 2x week but they just changed the schedule this week so not sure I'll be able to continue with it. I did buy a bike this weekend and am looking forward to some clear weather so I can take it out, dorky little helmet and all!

Hey Pam! Good job! I'm proud of you! I unfortunately have been doing things few and far between. I just posted a Monday night weigh in and that is my goal for the week. To get my butt moving! Keep up the GREAT work! Pam

I've been doing stength training or upper body the whole time since I was cleared for exercise. My arms and upper back/chest look pretty good if I do say so myself! I recently added resistance band's for a lower body workout and do many stair climbing daily( the old fashioned way....on stairs!) Cleo, I may be getting a bike next month..we may have to take a ride! Jen

I do treadmill EVERY morning.... Tuesday and Friday I do 45 mins, Mon,Wed, Thurs I do 60 mins and on Sat and sun I do 70 -90 mins. I want to make it varied plus the shorter days I start work earlier. I also do aquafit 3 nights a week...I was doing 4 but recently cut back. The pool is just too dang cold. I am considering dropping to 2 times a week...we will see. I should be doing some strength training but don't have a lot of time. Becky

A year ago I could not walk from the couch to my bed without feeling winded. I was on 9 medications and 2 injections a day for diabetes, hypertension, plantar fascitis, sleep apnea, arthritis and acid reflux. Today I take ZERO medications and am training for my first ever 1/2 marathon - which takes place in 10 days!! I work out 6 days a week. I run 3 x week, lift weights 2 x week and I also started playing women's arena football and we practice 2 hours every saturday. I love being able to move! What a difference losing 145 pounds makes! kyla

It takes me 20 mins at the most to eat my lunch, so with the other 40 mins I go up and down the stairs and walk the garage at work. Then weight train M-W-F. Also tag w/ the kids and neighbors works too. I'm not always it anymore ( I used to be the, "well if I can't get anyone else mom is easy to catch")..ha ha. I might be in shorts for the summer. lol
