Whatever happened to Amy...

Does anyone know what happened to Amy??? I can't think of her last name, but on her profile her daughters name was katie and her husband also had GBS. She kinda looks like "Amy Chew" but that's not her... I had her as one of my friends and now she's gone? I know she had her surgery in June of 07' and her doctor was Dr. Bertha. Can Anyone Help?
