update

Hi everyone, well I went to see the a surgeon (not my gastric bypass surgeon) My gastric bypass surgeon said I could go to someone local instead of a hour and a half away from home being that this is totally unrelated to my surgery. Well I have a mesentric cyst that is attached to my colon and my intestines that WILL have to be surgically removed....hopefully within 2-3 weeks.I am trying to put it off until april 5th do to a client that i have scheduled to come in the week march 31st to 4/4. Worse case scenario they will have to remove part of my colon and i will be in the hospital about a week.(so that's not to bad) I will be out of work from 4-6 weeks...(ya right LOL) well then i went to the urologist to see about my kidney stone....he will have to shock it to break it up, but doesn't want to touch me until that cyst is out. I am feeling better it hurts everynow and then..but not as bad as it was. I will keep you all updated. Thanks for your prayers and concerns and checking in on me! LOve you guys! Crystal

i'll keep you in my thoughts crystal that they can remove the thing and leave your colon alone. keep us updated, i know you are hurting. thanks for the kind words on the other thread. love ya! Now I haven't been on here is probably weeks, and this is the 1st post I'm reading so I didn't see the other ones yet but I will be keeping you in prayer! Sorry you have to go through all that, I hope they will keep your pain managed for you. *hug* Get Well soon! Robin

(((((((((((((((((Crystal)))))))))))))))))))) Oh honey, I'm so sorry to hear you will have to have surgery. I am praying for the best possible outcome! I know you're going to be fine and ready and rarin' to go in no time! I've had kidney stones blasted in the past. Lithotripsy. No problems....very uneventful. Glad to hear that some the pain has ceased. I'll pray you continue to feel alright until they can do the surgery. Take care of you! Pam
