It seems the further out we get the less we come on these boards. I love to keep up with everyone on this board, its my moral support. A lot of times I dont reply, I lurk but its good to know how everyones doing. Some people have reached there goals, some have slowed down or may even think the weight loss has stopped. I just dont want this board to start looking like a scarecrow thats all. As far as me I have a long way to go. My weight loss has slowed down, but so has my excercising. Sometimes I wish there were 35 hours in a day. Working 12 hours a day 5-6 days a week can put on a toll on your body after awhile. I have 65lbs to go. I will get there Im sure. I am heavy weight I started at 415 (6ft) and today I am 285. 130lbs in 9months not bad. If I could do it again, I would in a heart beat. To all of June 07' post-ops I wish everyone the best and if you havent reached your goal, you will. Denise aka Big Sassy

I agree Denise, this board seems to have died.. I check it daily and new posts are few and far between. I also belong to another board so I have that for support. I too hope every one is still doing great. I have lost 162.5 lbs and have 35.5 to go until goal. My weight has slowed down to loosing about 10 lbs per month, which is OK with me.... Becky

Hi Denise, I too check the board daily, though I only post every now and then. This week I hit the 100 pounds lost mark!! I lost 33 pounds before surgery and I am now down 102 pounds since surgery for a total of 135!! Just amazing to me. My weight loss has slowed down alot these past few months and it seems to be between 5 - 10 pounds. I have 25 - 35 more pounds that I would like to lose, so I am hoping to get close to that before my 1 year point. Sherri

You're right. I for one haven't been getting on the boards very much at all lately. I sure do miss it. I know for me things slowed down, came to a stand still really. Posted about it above. Thank the Lord it started to move again. Now that the weather is getting nicer I'll be able to get outside and walk more as well. Went for a jog & walk today....it felt wonderful! I still have around 40 lbs left to my personal goal. Just have to hope and pray it is in the cards for me. I know I have to be better with exercising and not putting bad things in when I'm stressed. It's up to me...they gave me the tool and I've gotten back on track the last week. Keep up the GREAT work everyone! YOu're all doing so FANTABULOUS! Pam

Hi, I just discovered this board. It is great to hear how people are doing at the same stage. I've lost 140lbs+ and weightloss is slowing to 10ish pounds/month. I just joined fit day.com to track my intake. Still have 52lbs to go to get to normal BMI.
