Good Morning Everyone

It is suppose to be a balmy 39 in Michigan today. I am so ready to get outside and walk again. How about you?

Good Morning, I never really stopped walking outside all winter...although not if it was raining too hard. Been bundled in layers, with mittens and hats. Although Feb was pretty dry and we even had some sunny days. Nothing better than a nice walk Becky

I walked this morning - 30 degrees. Was a little nippy, but the dog enjoyed it. I am so happy for spring. I don't walk consistantly on the treadmill. But the dog loves to walk first thing in the morning and gets my lazy but up. The scale has moved a lot slower since I quit walking outside for the winter (jan and feb). Hopefully the scale will start moving faster.

Unless it rains when I want to walk, I've been walking everyday. Today was just beautiful here...at 5:15 PM it's 62 degrees! Yay Spring!!! Jen

I am coming down by you!!!!!!!!!!!! We won't see 62 degrees for at least 6 weeks
