Hi Everybody!

Hello Everyone. Sorry I haven't been reading or posting lately.. BUT... I've gone back to work full time- I leave the house around 3:30am and most days don't get home til 5pm. I'm driving tractor trailer delivering winter road salt out of Boston all over Massachusetts. Even better than that though is I've reached another exciting number in my weight loss. I'm down to 395 lbs. I hope that everyone is doing ok. And Happy Valentines day to you all. Miguel
